Return Policy
If an item needs to be returned there are a few steps you need to follow to ensure receiving full credit for your item. Please be sure the item you wish to return is in the same condition that you would expect to receive it in. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging in resalable condition. Examples of product not meeting these conditions would be:
- Products that have writing on the packaging
- Products that have been repackaged without the original manufacturer’s packaging
- Products that have not been purchased from Stiles
- Product with packaging that is torn or ripped beyond reason, where the product cannot be repackaged
The product also needs to be returned in a timely fashion. The customer has 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of invoice to get the product returned to Stiles. All merchandise returned after 14 days is subject to a minimum of a 20% handling charge plus transportation charges. All credits will be applied to future orders unless otherwise agreed upon.
Special Order and Custom-made products, as well as the majority of food and drink items are non-returnable. This is the policy with all of our suppliers and vendors.
